Through a strategic partnership with Texture Capital—a FINRA-member broker-dealer with an SEC-Registered Alternative Trading System (ATS)—T-RIZE is positioning itself to enter this highly regulated and competitive market.

Since April 2024, T-RIZE has been integrating with Texture Capital's API suite, enabling seamless tokenized asset listings on the platform. The next phase involves launching these listings using Texture Capital’s Marketplace-as-a-Service infrastructure, designed to ensure compliance and streamline access to U.S. investors.

Texture Capital also provides an advanced marketing tool aimed at family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and accredited investors. This will drive significant interest and liquidity for the tokenized assets listed on the T-RIZE platform, amplifying market reach and engagement.
